Every genuine unit of Pycnogenol® bears the registered trademark together with a description of its content.
Use Of the Pycnogenol® Name
The following rules apply to the use of the trademarked Pycnogenol® name: Symbol can only be used after completing a Horphag trademark letter of agreement.
Minimum size for the symbol is 3/8" in diameter
Must be followed by "TM" in superscript
In case in which the Pycnogenol® name does not appear on the front panel, the symbol must be accompanied by the trademark line:

LABELING POLICY
Use Of the Pycnogenol® Name
The following rules apply to the use of the trademarked Pycnogenol® name:
- The Pycnogenol® name can only be used after completing a Horphag trademark letter of agreement.
- When used as a product name, it must appear with the description line
"French maritime pine bark extract" - Tablets/capsules must contain a minimum of 20mg Pycnogenol® for the right to use the Pycnogenol® trademark on front of the label or as a product name.
- Products that contain tablets/capsules with less than 20mg can only refer to the Pycnogenol® trademark on their list of ingredients and cannot use Pycnogenol® as a product name.
- Name must be accompanied by trademark line:
